Blood tests

We can offer a range of investigations that are collected by courier and processed at St Vincent's University Hospital and other labs. 

If you are asked to fast please do not eat for 12 hours prior to your appointment. Taking tablets and drinking water is fine on the day of your tests. 

Following your blood test you will be contacted by text or phone within 2 weeks.  

If you have not heard from us within that time frame please contact Reception.

In the case of results requiring urgent action - contact will be made sooner.  

A copy of results for hospital appointments can be printed on request and may incur a fee. (Please allow 2 weeks notice where possible)
